The programs are designed to meet the different clients’ competency levels. Our experienced instructors will give you a simple exercise to determine which level is best fit for your capabilities at this point. A routine will be created for you to follow for the next 30 days. It is carefully designed according to your swimming abilities and your fitness level. This course can be modified or repeated depending on the progress achieved throughout the 4 weeks. The training schedule is to improve and fix your swimming techniques in the shortest time possible. Swimming is as much about technique as it is about fitness. Your will need to do more than swim back and forth down the lane. We have designed swim sessions that will improve your fitness as well as your technique. In the swimming facility, we have dedicated a section for triathlon swimming training. You will have the freedom to change timings to best suit your weekly workout routine.
